Please read this document carefully before using boss96's services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
Accepting the Terms — What Your Agreement Means
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the boss96 platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and boss96.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. boss96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current terms in effect.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of the latest terms will be stated at the top of this document.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of boss96 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian mobile number.
Boss96 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false, the platform may suspend or close the account in question without notice.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact the boss96 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
Age Restriction
The boss96 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is not permitted under any circumstances. boss96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using this platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or the use of automated software (bots) to access or manipulate the system. Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's functions is a serious offence.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the boss96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers (FPX), local e-wallets, and other payment options listed on the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated for each payment method. Any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers are beyond boss96's control.
For withdrawals, users are required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. boss96 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Boss96 reserves the right to withold or suspend any payment suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification or supporting documents.

Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits
When an Account May Be Suspended or Closed
Boss96 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that harms other users
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual
- Suspicious or unexplained account activity
Platform Liability Limits
Boss96 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, including:
- Technical disruptions or system downtime
- Data loss due to technical failure
- Game outcomes deemed unfair without sufficient evidence
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by third party
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Content Ownership
All content on the boss96 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of boss96 and is protected under intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from boss96.
Third-Party Website Links
The boss96 platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for user convenience only. boss96 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or issues arising from your use of third-party sites.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Changes to Terms
Boss96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notices or their registered email address. The responsibility to review the latest terms rests with the user.
